The location of this place was excellent and convenient, situated in a pleasant area, with the New Apostolic Church just one mile away.

Room was clean

The shower did not work properly with only a light mist coming out of the shower head. The tub wouldn't empty and the matress was hard. Would not recommend this hotel

I had dinner at a fantastic restaurant here. The bathroom was really spacious and had a shower, a hairdryer, and plenty of towels. 🚿

The front desk gentleman was incredibly polite and kind, even though he was clearly overworked. Despite being busy, he remained composed and provided excellent service. Additionally, the staff, including the cleaning ladies, shuttle drivers, and breakfast cook. They made our stay truly enjoyable.

The location of this place was excellent, within walking distance of everything we needed and just a mile away from Hollywood Theatre.

The nice weather made my stay even better🌞. I loved my room with comfy queen beds and a convenient kitchenette. It was pretty quiet which was great for getting some rest. The location was awesome - I could easily walk to all the places I wanted to visit.

The breakfast was mind-blowingly delicious, with a real homemade taste. The hotel's proximity to the airport was SUPER convenient, and the friendly shuttle driver made our travel experience hassle-free. Our room was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, with a late check-in that was no problem at all. The staff, even at midnight, were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We had a delayed flight and arrived at Holiday Inn Express Syracuse Airport in the early hours of the morning. Despite the shuttle not being available, the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange an Uber and even reimbursed us for the cost. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a much-needed rest. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and convenient location near the airport.

The staff here is super friendly and exceptionally pleasant, the location is particularly good near the expo center, and it’s only a 5-minute drive from New Apostolic Church.

The hotel's proximity to the airport made traveling much easier. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice-sized flat screen TV. The bathroom had ample space and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The breakfast selection was great, and the indoor pool and fitness room were a bonus. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting my son and his family!

I thoroughly enjoyed quiet and clean room in this hotel.

Had REALLY GREAT stay on vacation. The breakfast was free and offered a great selection of items. The hotel was short walk to Holiday Inn express and restaurants and the airport and other destinations in Syracuse thanks to its marvellous location.
